Gladly we would like to give you the opportunity to have your Product Information and/or Press Releases published, free of charge, in the Electrotechnical Journal:

ELEKTRO-INSTALLATEUR

Terms for possible publications are:

• Text maximum of 500 characters, including spaces, for each Product Information / Press Release!
• Text with more than 500 characters, including spaces, will not be processed !
• Text is exclusively to be delivered as a WORD document on CD-ROM / DVD together with the corresponding printout and also has to be send to our email address: press(at)tvu.nl
• A maximum of 1 digital photograph/image for each Product Information / Press Release!
• All photographs/images must be supplied digitally and separately and are not to be imported into the WORD document!
• Digital Photographs/ Images are to be saved as EPS, BMP, JPEG or TIFF file! (120 lpc - lines per cm / resolution 300 dpi - dots per inch – based on a DIN-A4-Size).
• Size of each photograph/image: 80 x 60 mm (width x height).
• A maximum of one mention of the company name/product name/etc…!
• No promotional writing but factual presentation; Alerts, Announcements and/or absolute statements such as “the best”, “the biggest”, “the smallest”, “the first”, “the fastest”, “the most important” and the word “market leader” etc. are not allowed, will not be accepted by us and should be strongly weakened by you!
• Comparisons of products, work methods, versions etc. under the manufacturers or distributors are not allowed and may not be supplied to us by you !
• There will be no exclusivity, i.e. the same issue/publication of the Journal can include other companies with similar products!
• A maximum of 1 press release per company per issue and each press release should describe a different product each time and will therefore be placed maximum only once!
• We ask for your understanding, that we will reserve the right, to reduce, shorten and/or edit the Product Information and/or Press Releases, send or supplied to us by you, without prior consultation with you or without prior mutual agreement with you. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, when, in our opinion, the supplied text includes any distortion of competition, infringements, assertions, or other possible infringements of the rights of third parties occurs or might occur.
• By sending / supplying us a Product Information / Press Release, you, the supplier, as well as your employer, will hereby indemnify TVU Vakbladen b.v. from all possible claims and future claims or damages that you or any third party might experience as a result of the publication of the Product Information / Press Release you supplied us with in our magazines, websites and other publications, by which you or any third parties might experience any disadvantage, so that any claims from you or any third party, whatsoever, are not applicable. By this, both you as well as your employer, will thereby guarantee the above to TVU Vakbladen b.v.. TVU Vakbladen b.v. has no obligation to publish the Product Information / Press Release supplied by you.
• You will have to realize that, we as TVU Vakbladen b.v., will not take or accept any responsibility or accept any liability for any comments or statements that you have made, that could possibly damage one or more companies or parties. This responsibility and/or liability as well as all the possible for you, as well as for TVU Vakbladen b.v., adverse consequence(including financial), are obviously completely for your own expense and risk. By this, both you as well as your employer, will thereby guarantee the above to TVU Vakbladen b.v..
• The supplier of the Product Information / Press Release is aware of the fact that, by accepting the Product Information / Press Release send by you, TVU Vakbladen b.v. has no obligation whatsoever, to check or to improve the Product Information / Press Release send by you for any possible violation of rights or other errors. That is completely and entirely your responsibility.

BECAUSE OF THE FACT, THAT WE ONLY PUBLISH MAGAZINES IN BOTH GERMANY AND
IN THE NETHERLANDS, PLEASE NOTE THAT THEREFORE ALL YOUR PRESS RELEASES
HAS TO BE SEND TO US IN EITHER THE GERMAN OR THE DUTCH LANGUAGE !!
